Our Chef
Executive Chef Satishan Nair has been in the kitchen for more than 25 years, including more than a decade at Mumbai's famous Copper Chimney. Nair, a native of Kerala in India's far south, introduces to the Atlanta food scene delightful South Indian dishes made with ingredients from the tropics along side more familiar North Indian offerings. Chef Satishan is a true craftsman and brings his full experience and creativity to bear on each dish he serves for a unique flavor every time.
